The Annapurna Base Camp Trek

which is one of the most popular trekking routes in Nepal. This allows trekkers to experience
most Annapurna ranges, one of the most picturesque regions. The main tribes of Western
Himalayas, Gurungs and Magar Poon have amazingly unique lifestyle, culture. Trekkers get
to experience an enchanting forest line with beautiful rhododendron, magnolia, and pine
trees. Even more beautiful during springtime, natural garden with wild flowers fully
bloomed. The typical itinerary for the ABC trek spans about 10-14 days allowing for
acclimatization and exploration.
Itinerary Overview
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu
Activities: Explore the city and prepare for the trek.
Day 2: Drive/Fly to Pokhara
Drive: 6-7 hours (or 25-minute flight)
Activities: Explore the beautiful lakeside city of Pokhara.
Day 3: Drive to Nayapul, Trek to Tikhedhunga/Ulleri
Drive: 1.5 hours to Nayapul
Trek: 4-6 hours
Elevation: Tikhedhunga (1,540 meters) / Ulleri (1,960 meters)
Day 4: Trek to Ghorepani
Trek: 6-7 hours
Elevation: 2,860 meters
Highlights: Trek through beautiful rhododendron forests and traditional villages.
Day 5: Hike to Poon Hill, Trek to Tadapani
Hike: 1-hour early morning hike to Poon Hill for sunrise views
Trek: 5-6 hours to Tadapani
Elevation: Poon Hill (3,210 meters) / Tadapani (2,630 meters)
Highlights: Panoramic views of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges.
Day 6: Trek to Chhomrong
